Groups to support you during social distancing/stay at home lifestyle modifications:

We are trained to hearing about and handling stress and feelings in a productive way. Our providers will help you to emerge from today’s challenges as stable, more resilient, and successful in your pursuits. Our patients and clients lead happier home lives and perform better academically, professionally, and socially.

We have set up the option for virtual small group sessions at a reduced fee to help individuals and families navigate the changes to ordinary life. All of these groups will focus on building skills and tools to help manage change – the feelings and behaviors associated with change, the loss of anticipated events, and the tools to build a new normal as stay-at-home remains in place. All group members will have the opportunity to meet with the licensed psychologist 1:1 before the group begins. Five participants/families are needed to run each group and no more than 12 participants/families will be in each group.
